Terrible Apartment Complex

My year lease at this apartment complex has been nothing but trouble.
The office is very unorganized and frequently misplaces personal information, sometimes in other resident's folders. Something which I find very unprofessional. The office staff are also very inefficient, each one of them will tell you a different story than the other.
This apartment complex offers no resident parking, and if you do get a parking spot, it will be frequently used by others and the management will do nothing to enforce it.
This complex is also located in a bad neighborhood with frequent gang activity. I have a fights, including one involving a gun, right outside my apartment.
The apartment itself looks nice, but the stove was always going out, the water is disgusting and the pipes are terrible, always clogging up.
Overall, I would NEVER recommend for someone to live in this apartment complex!

This is NOT a bad neighborhood. It's Camarillo, for crying out loud. If there are fights, it is because some crappy tennates moved in. Again, do not let this post make you think it is unsafe to live here. As a young single woman, I lived her for 2 years and always felt safe.
