Not so bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Im currently living in the Park Glen Apartments, and have been here for 6 months. The unit isnt too bad, very very old, with at least a hundred coats of paint. The tub and sinks drain very slowly, maintance says its normal! I was told it would take two months to install a front gate to my patio, i waited four months before i asked what the hold up was. They told me "i would be lucky if it was done after another 9 months!" (that would be 13 months of living here) I love in a studio, which is ridiculously small! The laundry rooms are always disgusting! Everytime my neighbors open a closet, or turn on anything, i can hear it. On the upside of it, management tries to be nice. Its very safe, and I dont have obnoxious neighbors. The rent is the cheapest in town. Its in a good neighborhood, well except for the train!
