I have lived here for nearly 1 year and am the happiest I have ever been renting. The setting is so serene. The property is well kept and maintained by the staff. The architecture is beautiful Spanish Mission style and the interiors are just gorgeous! The rent is the best price in Camarillo. The office has great hours - 7 days a week, 10am to 5pm. They bake fresh cookies every morning and always have coffee and fruit. Sometime I go down to the Office just to read the morning paper and have coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have monthly community functions that are always a lot of fun. As for Alliance, they sent us a handwritten Holiday card and when we came home on Valentines Day there was a card hanging on our front door that said "We love our residents!" The girls in the office really go the extra mile and maintenance is always done to my townhome within 24 hours! Exceptional service. Many of the ammenities, like the pool and such are still under construction but we knew that moving in and understand how dealing with new construction is. We will be resigning our lease soon because University Glen is simply the BEST!
