While most people have their expectations of apt/townhouse rentals, a rental is a rental. You want higher expectations maybe you need to buy a home so the only person you can blame is yourself. Yes the office staff was always short, switching people, and your typical rude person having a bad day and taking it out on you. Yes, I agree the townhouses should have AC and they
did lie about it to several people I know there or they do not disclose it...but you should ask anyways. Yes, I agree they have higher rent than most. Though, I loved living there. The neighbors were nice, the playground was nice, never had an issue with parking. The coyotes sometimes kept us up at night but that is ok. They do need a MAJOR overhaul on the front office staff and they need to get someone in there with customer service skills. A smile can go a long way, a friendly face makes a better day. Our place was just fine, noise level was very low, no interior problems except our shower. THe caulking would always come off and we had mold issues in the master bedroom shower stall. I did find a brown recklouse (spelling) spider one night on my
bathroom mirror. Other than that no other major issues. I loved the style townhouse we rented. The area is nice too even with
the college right there.
