These places aren't well maintained. The appliances are very old and they need to be updated badly. The carpet is filthy and needs replacing among many other things. We're looking to move out ASAP. The management is rarely in the office and it takes quite a while to get maintanance issues dealt with. Catherine doesn't seem to want to really help and is quick to get off the phone when you are ablt to get in touch with her. It would be nice to have a manager that appeared to care. The spa is broken, the laundry rooms are filthy and more than an acceptable amount of washers or dryers aren't working correctly or broken all together. The rules aren't enforced so you have people parking all over the place and whatnot. The contract you sign has special rules and 'do nots' but few people respect them. There are condos here that have multiple families living in a 2 bdrm place. Multiple meaning at least two families of three people or more. As long as the rent is paid, right. That should not be allowed! I could go on but why. I think my point has been made. Don't bother. These used to be really nice when I was growing up and now they are less than desirable & management and ultimately the owner just seem to be ok with it all. Best thing about these places is the garage.
