Lots of hidden charges - extra $50 a month for fee's for their partner companies. Since we moved in, we have had wasps, spiders, termites, and moths living in proximity at one time or another. Was informed that they had told one tenant that they were actually trying to get rid of a couple tenants! For most of the units there are about 4 feet between the bedroom window and the guest cars. This works out great if you got your window open |
