Only apt with central AC and inhouse Laundry I think this is the only place with central ac and inunit laundry for the rent range $1050(1BHR) to $1450(2BHK).
Friendly manager.
Safe place.
Best School District in Camarillo(infact in the whole Ventura and LA County).

Don't bother Camarillo Oaks is terribly noisy all day and all night, people in apartments playing music really loud and people driving through the complex all the time with the music blaring, i would not recommend it to anyone unless of course you are stone deaf.
