Nice place to live. Management is professional and quick to handle problems that arise. Maintainance people are fast and courteous. Apartment is quiet day and night. We are day sleepers and noise can be a problem.

All mold is black, what a yayhoo I lived there for two years, Catherine and her husband are really nice people, if the other guy had mold tested and if he knew anything about such testing, it would come back as Stachybotrys chartarum, not just black mold. Mold grows everywhere

IT WAS GREAT AT FIRST BUT THEN MANGT CHANGED AND THEY STARTED MOVING IN LOWLIFE PEOPLE. THE GROUNDS WENT DOWNHILL AND THEFT/VANDALISM INCREASED. NASTY PEOPLE AT THE POOL AND DISRESPECTFUL CHILDREN. NONE OF THE RENTS WERE THE SAME OFR THE SAME FLOOR PLANS.
