Nice Place to Live We lived at Sierra Oaks for almost two years and really enjoyed living at the complex. Sierra Oaks is clean, well kept and management is very friendly. They even allow pets!

BAD MANAGEMENT I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR, PAID MY RENT ON TIME AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. NOW MANAGEMENT HAS GIVEN ME A 30 DAY NOTICE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE.

dont live here. i have lived here for years and several of the apartment have serious mold in the framing. apartment number 20 had the mold tested and its black mold. the managers are alcholics and drug addicts.

Not that great The units are fairly new and clean. The process to get approved is LONG and can be a nightmare. Management will inform you of any request via a 3-day eviction notice (Not so nice way of asking you to do something). Management closes down the swimming pool and spa because a FEW

Not a good choice! I have lived here for ahwile and am really happy to move! After awhile repairs seemed to take longer and longer to repair. The smoke from my neighbor came into my house. And some serious concerns where totally dismissed by management about some tenants well being.NOT TO MENTION

Awsome The Knolls apartments have been pretty good to me and my boyfriend. We have lived there for about two and a half months and love it. For the most part it is quite and there are good neighbors. The office staff are very understanding and are on top of things fairly quick.
