Great place, but rent keeps going up - Pros: I've lived here since 2007. This was one of my top places I've checked out and I love the sound insulation in the place. Hardly ever hear your neighbors and it's relatively quiet. There's a tennis court and very clean pool. The manager is very nice (new one, Frank) and the maintenance folks are great. Pleasant, safe and well managed - I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. When I moved in I found the apartment welcoming, in very clean condition, no odours and with good quality carpet and apparently new paint.
