Management is deceitful & small minded!

Be careful when you deal with the manager as she is manipulative and vindictive. She will smile and sweet talk you when you first lease but after that it's all down hill. At renewal she will rape you any which way she can will be little you every which way she pleases.
She will discuss her displeasure at you with her employees and residents as I found out through her own employee.
She is unprofessional, ill read, and a big fat liar! Don't trust her make sure you read all.........the fine prints and never be fooled by her plastic smile.
As for the apt. it's nothing special. Parking is a nightmare and there is always police acitivity. As therre is an ongoing drug investigation because some of the people who lives here are on "below market rate" program so they pay so much less: so all their shady friends will come and go inside the complex for which you pay so high to be set apart from that sort of activity.
My neighbor got his motorcycle stolen as this is the fourth one for the year and after 2 months they finally fix the main entrance gate. So be careful not to leave your belongings in your car even if you have underground parking.
In closing don't live here!
