This is one of the safest apartments I have ever lived in. I cannot imagine anyone being afraid to live here (shrug). I haven't heard any noise from neighbors. It is a very sound proof apartment, which is what I like best about it. The appliances are very new and high quality. Big swimming pool, and friendly neighbors in the hot tub at night. It is a good sized apartment but a little pricey for the current economy. My only complaint is that I wish I could turn down the volume on the freeway at night. The apartment complex is in between railroad tracks and the freeway. The train has NEVER bothered me, but I can hear the freeway all through the night.
All in all I think that this is the best apartment complex I have lived in yet, and mostly because I havent heard neighbors bouncing off the walls all day and night at this complex.
