Horrible MGMT From: fatchick Date posted: 12/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 2 responses   This apartment complex is the most unsafe complex I have ever lived in. And worse the management couldnt care less, they are only out to get your money. My car has been keyed, my girlfriend mugged.. Be sure to READ your lease, get all the paperwork. They will get you on moving in costs, and leaving costs. If you are moving in at special rates, be sure to double check and make sure your rent doesnt increase by 50% after a year. The manager is the worst of the worst, probably angry by the body that the good lord gave her.
