I have lived here for years and have not had a problem. If I ever had a problem I was accomidated by the staff and they tried to solve the problems at their best. I love the parties to meet neighbors by the pool it make me feel safer knowing who lives near me. Lately, the new lightrail system has only bothered me a few times but not terrible, it is good to ride and goes many places and I have spoken to VTA and they are trying to make things even quieter here and have already upgraded my windows to triple pane windows. After all these years so far so good and can not complain, I have been happy with the area and how they let you paint and make the apartment your own place to make you feel like it's your home. Management had come through many changes but it seems to be changing for the better now. I would recommend to anyone. I have not had my car broken into or anything although my neighbor told me he did because he left his laptop and wallet in his car.(The police station is close, but come on look what he left in his car)
