the office staff doesn't want to be bothered to take care of basic needs per the lease agreement. They have no interest in doing there job. No welcoming faces or helpfulness here. Just a fake polite we'll help you. Once your renting it's like you are bothering them to do their job. Maybe they need to find another job. This one appears to be a grind to them. The best person in the office that was over and above was Jack-Mngr around 2 yrs ago. The Maintance people are more excited and helpful. Maintance is rated A as they always always take care of everything without questions and a happy face. Marcos and Benito are the Best of the staff here. Rent is too high for a pool that truly has never been heated and old carpets that should have been replaced before moving in. Cigarrettes and dog poop are consistantly seen. Just not important to take action with tenants. 2/3 of the places are not the luxury that is sold to you. Safety is the biggest joke since I've lived here coming from a need for a real gated place. The gates are always always broken with every excuse you can think of. and your paying for a gated community that is suppose to be safe. just a joke ha ha. In addition there is not enough parking and again you are paying for a luxury apt. 2 spots for 2 bedroom just doesn't exist. you get one spot and pay for 2.

I completly agree and have had several neighbors with the same complaint. They're Corp. office should really look at what the opions of the residents are. It's consistent

I totally agree with you guys. I do not know what they're waiting for. Security? Gone! Constant noise after midnight and the staff can't do anything about it which doesn't surprise me since they're just there to welcome new residents after that you're pretty much on your own. At least I'm happy I'm not the only one, hang in there!

I completely AGREE!!! I have lived here for about 2 years and it has been down the drain for the past year... Security is non-existent, constant noise issues, neighbors playing in the pool at 2am, tailgating into the complex with the stereos LOUD, screaming in the parking lot outside the office at all hours of the night, permanently parking in the visitor’s spots, outsiders bringing in a “day care center” to the pool and workout areas etc., etc. Office staff has been completely turned over in six months and their attitude is that they can't do anything about anything other than send out warnings!!! They can however increase the rent by 10% since the "market" demands it. In other words because the light rail now runs outside the complex (and makes noise) it warrants a significant increase! This place was built in 1995 and it is starting to show and trying to show it off as a "new and luxury complex" is just ludicrous!

I do NOT agree. It is a gated commmunity, not Fort Knox....people following each other is a problem at every gated community. The staff has always been courteous to me and I would bet 90% of the other residents would say the same. As for noise complaints and other minor issues, I say call the provided security company, the police or "sack up" and tell your neighbors that you can hear them. What do you want the office staff to do, put them under citizen's arrest? Sending notices is the proper/correct way to DOCUMENT the infraction should it persist...you dummy. This place is so quiet, I cannot even believe you are complaining about the noise. Again, over acting and whining by a minority of residents.
