Having lived here for almost 2 years we are looking for a new home, we were lured in with a reasonable rent, it was high, but not too bad for what looked like a nice place.

We have had nothing bu issues with noise, the original guy upstairs was a drug dealer, had comings & goings at all hours of the day & night, he was finally evicted...and replaced with the current tenant & her children.

The kids constantly pound around & scream, we have called the 'security' guys many times, and when (or if) thy finally turn up, its usually gone quiet.

The office staff don't care about the complaints, despite saying they will do something.

Overall...its overpriced, the current Maintenance staff suck, and we would neve recommend it to anyone.
