Good for the money

The only reason I moved into this place is because I was able to catch a rent special on a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is fine, I would rave about the washer and dryer but I'm not used to aparment living so I guess it is a huge ammenity, especially since I live on the 3rd floor. Everyone seems to keep to themselves at this complex and I've had no problem whatsoever from noise. The layout of the apartment is great if you have a roommate because the bedrooms are separated. The parking situation is a lot better than the other complex that I used to live in, but my roommate and I decided to buy another space for an extra $50 a month. You think a 2 or 3 bedroom would come with 2 spaces right' Parking for my guests is never usually a problem unless it's late and I've had someone park in my spot once so far in 8 months of living here.
My only major gripe with this place is the nickel and dime act. You have to pay for water, garbage, and extra parking. This combined raised our rent about $100 a month. I would only stay here if the rent were basically the same because you can get a townhouse in Campbell for roughly the same price. The staff is nice and friendly and living next to the Los Gatos Creek Trail is a plus. I haven't used to the pool too much because my apartment is way in the back.
