I have lived at Avalon Pruneyard for 6 months. I am fully ready to leave. In a time when rent is dropping mine is going up.
I do not feal safe here. The gates behind the apartments are constantly left open letting anyone walk behind the apartments. The management does nothing.
Cars are constantly broken into, and management does nothing to increase the saftey here.
The managment constantly changes, and with new people all the time no one ever knows what they are doing.
They advertise a heated pool, but it is so cold I cannot even use it.
Residents are able smoke in and near the fitness center.
The re-modeling is terrible. The covering on my cabinets is falling off, my toilet keeps running, I call it in, a week later it is broken, my closet doors always come off the tracks, people speed in the parking lot, there is no parking for visitors, AND THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING!!!
I feel the worst part of this property is the upper management. I have contacted Daxx a senior manager. I found him to be rude and unprofessional. I complimented one of the office and he did not even talk to her. I ask him for a transfer and no one ever got back to me.
The problem at this property goes deeper than the office team. I feel sorry for anyone who moves here.
