as a resident of avalon pruneyard for a few years now, I have never met a group so friendly and helpful. The BBQ they threw on Sunday, was very nice, and it gave us a chance to meet the staff. Derick is geniunly a nice person. I wanted to also thank Mina for her sincere friendliness with my kids. Mina, Ashley can't wait to come and help you in the office =) After reading the comment that was written 5/21 by a resident, I felt that I had to set the record straight. This staff is very professional and friendly, eager to make sure that we have all our questions and work orders taken addressed. thanks for all your hard work.
