Here were the problems I had living here:

parking (no visitor spaces regulary available, people(UPS, moving vans, and others) parking in front of my garage-so I could never get in or out, the pool was often dirty and I got an ear infection from swimming, ants everywhere inside, lots of management changes-too hard to keep track of, maintenance came into the apt without permission twice, and the upstair apt's toilet waste (excrement) flooded into our bathtub-which was a nice surprise after returning home from a long work day, outrageous water bills because its a shared bill with everyone and because of the decrepid plumbing, $200/month penaltly for moving to a month to month lease after a year lease, no response from management after putting in request to move my parking space three times over a 6 month period( excuse given was that the "parking situation was a mess" and that they had no idea who was parking where!!!!),.
