The apartments are old, the floors are sloped, the plumbing doesn't work, there are few additional parking spaces for guests, you can hear the upstairs neighbors and the management sux. The management allows the pets to defecate on the lawn areas and does not immediately clean up the mess.
I would not recommend renting from this Avalon. If you must, sleep on a park bench instead.
