i lived here for one year (after living at avalon in pacifica) and the management sucked. i moved out after the heater in the bathroom mysteriously turned on and caused a fire. luckily we were home to catch it and put it out with a fire extinguisher and turned the heater off from the circuit breaker. i called the emergency number the mgmt had given us several times and THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, even the next day. i went to the mgmt office and they said they had received no page. one of the maintenance guys was really apologetic and helped clean up the mess, but basically said the managment here is incompetent. also, when we lived there, you could not get dsl service...don't know about now.
