Old Buildings..bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Overall the building sucks big time. They are old and noisey. I have complained to management 5 different times about my neighbors rap music (can be heard all hours and very loud) but managment has not been able to correct the problm. Parking sucks..don't even think about having friends over. I would never recommend this dump to anyone.
