Unbelievably bad

1. There is no place for guests to park; all of the guest spots have been taken by residents for their abandoned vehicles.
2. The areas marked in red as "No Parking" firezones are always filled with cars - calls to complain to management fall on deaf ears and demands to have the cars towed (safety anyone') are also ignored.
3. The maintenance staff are polite but lack skills to fix anything.
4. The management is a rotating door - I've lived there a long time, the managers never last longer than 3 months.
5. Cable reception sucks - Comcast has tried several times to fix my picture; ultimately it was determined that the cable leading into my apartment needs to be replaced - at a cost of $100. Management laughed when I asked them to pay for it.
6. I've complained about my upstairs' neighbors' loud music and louder TV; no action. Best thing to do is fight fire with fire - be as loud as you want, nothing will happen.
Overall, the place sometimes looks nice, but it's a dump. You'd be better off living at the "Y" than here.
