A really great place to live.

- Mgmt continously strives to make things better (power washed apartments, added lots of visitor parking, well maintained open areas, etc)
- Mgmt DID NOT raise my rent when I renewed my lease.
- Amazing swimming pool area that mirrors that of a resort.
- Fantastic location near Pruneyard Shopping Center (w/ movies and restaurants) and downtown Campbell (w/ bars, Farmers Market, Shops, Coffee Shop w/ free wireless)
