Health Hazard!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
We have had toxic sewage fumes in our apartment as well as leakage around the tub with mold growing underneath the floor. Noise by surround sound t.v. by neighbors which management can not seem to control; or doesn't want to. Management does whatever they can the cheap route!
