For those of you who are unaware, did you know spices pose to be "environmental hazards" ''



Well, if you decide to live here or are already living here, get ready to confront this newly propogated "theory of the Avalon at Pruneyard". You only have to worry about this ridiculous theory if and when you dispute the security deposit refund.
