I have lived here for many years, even before the renovation. Rents are pretty good for the area. If you are a long-term resident, they treat you very fair at lease renewal.

Good amenities; washer/dryer in unit, new appliances, fitness equipment, nice pool. I have no problem with parking because I have two spots (I pay extra for the second). But parking is tough when you have guests, probably a problem at every complex on this street. It can be noisy since I live near the street but you always have that problem in apartments.

Service is good. Convenient office hours. Maintainance and office staff are very attentive.

Overall, a nice place to call home.
