THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   We lived here for almost 2 yrs ,having made the mistake of signing the lease for so long and suffered all along .First of all noone ever gets a parking ..including yourself becoz other people park in your designated spot and the apt people discourage you from disturbing them(the towing people) . 2.Extremely high rent -and very discriminatory renting practises.Eg-your neighbour next door could be paying $600 lesser than what you are paying for the same size apartment. 3.The management is always "INVISIBLE" once they have your signature on the lease.They will never answer phone calls or return your voicemails.And when you do go to the office to talk to them personally they are very rude and make you wait for a long time. 4.Dont expect any of your deposit to come back to you.You will be one of the "LUCKY ONES " if you dont get a negative bill at the end after moving out. OVERALL -SUFFERED ENOUGH DURING THE STAY HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN MY ENEMIES TO GO LIVE THERE AT AVALON"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
