I've lived at this complex for awhile. The office staff far exceeds other complexes around. The only downer.. animals. I have neighbors who have little ankle biter dogs who bark constantly. There is a supposed weight limit, but when walking around the place, I always see these huge dogs. What kind of life is that' There are also neighbors who seem to think that we live in a movie theater. Every weekend, I can hear, word for word what movie they're watching. Mind you, they live a way's down from me. The only other downer is that they are starting to charge for hot water use. Explain how that works! We already pay for water. Now, they are somehow going to charge for hot water use. It appears they let anyone move into this place. Loud people who have no respect for their neighbors.I know it's apartment living, but at least have some respect for those around you. There's also a sewer like smell that eminates from my bathroom sink from time to time. The buildings are old, but they are asking me to pay for water and now hot water with this crap. They also advertise on various sites with cheaper rents, and then when your lease comes around, they say, oh, well "market blah blah" dictates we over charge you when we actually will advertise for much less online. Sleazy.
