Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
My rent went up significantly and I will not be renewing my lease when it is up. They were GREAT when I first moved in and service has gone to hell. The office staff promises to handle repairs before I come home from work and I have to call and remind them. I like the apartment but for the space they are charging waaay too much.
