I have only lived here 9 months and will be moving in 3 weeks to the Avalon at Campbell. The only reason I'm moving is to rent a 2bed/2bath (they only have 1.5 baths here) and to move in with a friend and save some money. I have a 2nd floor 1bed right now and I absolutely love it. The office staff is awesome, know me by name, and my apartment number, and always fix things the day I call. I love that this place is a smaller complex. It's very quiet, even though many people have dogs. I rarely hear dogs barking. There is a lot of visitor parking, but if you live in the buildings nearest union your vistors will usually have to walk from the back lot all the way to the front. That is probably the only downfall. I have a cat and when it was a kitten they were very cautious when they had to emergently enter my apt to not let it out and even called to tell me that my cat was okay while I was at work. Great place! I feel totally safe here!
