I am a 20 year old female college student and my boyfriend and I have lived her for around 5 months and we love it. We live in the one bedroom, but it really is super spacious. Love having a washer and dryer in apartment, and love love love the gas stoves(as I love to cook). It is super quiet, all I ever here is the occasional dog bark or upset child ( and honestly, what apartment, or even homes don't have those noises' (Only ones way out in the country and there you have the roosters hahaha) They are very accommodating and respond to our repair calls very timely. The dishwasher isn't working very well and they are actually buying us a new one! I also really love how many kitties and doggies are around either being walked around, or you find stinky the kitty sleeping in front of your doorstep, really cute. Would not suggest this apartment complex for people who don't like animals, there are lots. The Pool is really big, the hot tub is so much fun, theres a very large grassy lawn with picnic tables and mini grills, really pleasant. Really great exercise room and club room as well. Tons of free parking spaces, my boyfriend uses our assigned garport, but I always can find a spot for my car as well.
All in all I give it a 5 out of 5, it really is top notch. My only complaint would be that there is no view, but that is because for two years I had a fabulous view of MT. Tam in Marin.

Lol... The cute little kitty at everyone's doorstep, Stinky, is mine, and I couldn't help but chuckle when I stumbled across his name in your reveiw! I'm glad he's a positive for more than just us! :) My fiance and I have lived here for three lease renewals, but will be moving out of state at the end of this year. This is a great complex with great management, maintenance and security! I was shocked to see that it didn't get a higher rating!
