Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I moved in March 9. On March 10, it rained and my roof started leaking. And it's still leaking!
Of course, had the management taken this seriously, it might have been fixed by now. Instead, it was mishandled from the beginning.
It all comes down to integrity:
Either they have not really been trying to fix the roof, and have been just blowing me off;
Or they have been trying and can't fix it. In which case, they should have the integrity to admit it cannot be fixed AND THIS APARTMENT SHOULD NOT BE RENTED. It is uninhabitable.
I wish I had read the reviews before moving in.
Avoid Avalon at Pruneyard.
