Owner Cheats and keeps Deposit - Beware!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Having lived there and known personally the management, I have first hand experience of the owner's dealing. He will keep as much of the deposit as possible and being a lawyer he knows how to work the law. Most likely he will send a closing billing exceeding the deposit amount even if the place is left in better condition than received.
