As the others have stated, "don't let the pretty complex fool you". It takes the complex FOREVER to make any type of repair and all of the appliances currently in the apartments are old as dirt. When they finally do complete a repair it's just a patch job to get you by for another 3 months. The property manager is full of it too. Complaints to her mean nothing. In the end you are better off just moving or seeking another complex.

I'm a resident, too, and have not experienced these problems. I have been here going on 3 years now and my appliances have been upgraded and every request I have for maintenance has been handled within a few days. Sometimes they are band-aid patches, but they always work. I have found the manager completely responsive to my needs, but I do not bug her with trivial things, either. I like this place and have had a good experience so far.

As a resident, I can honestly say it depends on if the manager really likes you or not if these things get done right. I don't think she particularly cares for me. She's good about doing things but I have had to take care of many things myself after asking a few times.
