I have lived here since 2004. The landscaping and outside appearance of the complex is nice, but that is about it.
Problems since the day I move here:
*Horrible Parking as everyone else has said. It has taken them years to finally stick to their rules of towing cars without stickers and so forth. I am finally starting to see tow trucks actually towing, what a shock!
*Office staff is a bunch of unprofessional idiots who take a month to complete a work order for repairs
*Fitness center is basically two treadmills that are always taken no matter what time I go
*Over the past year, residents have defintely become "ghetto" as everyone else has said. I have witnessed and heard many arguments not in apartments, but out infront in common areas. Numerous police cars and fire trucks roll through do to the arguments and other crazy stuff. Not to mention the ex-manager's drug dealing son.
*They just posted a small sign by the oak tree saying "loud music is prohibited", what a joke!!!! People still roll through bumping music in the middle of the night no matter what day of the week it is.
The only reason we stayed through 2006 was b/c we were offered a great rent price, but now that they just raised it, we cannot wait to go!!!!! For the price they are trying to charge right now, this place is absolutely not worth it.

KUDOS TO YOU FOR VOICING YOUR HONEST OPINION ABOUT THIS PLACE! I AM IN AGREEMENT WITH YOU ON EVERY ISSUE YOU HAVE COMMENTED ON! I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE AND THE ONLY REASON I HAVE STAYED IS BECAUSE I AM SAVING TO BUY MY OWN PLACE... WHERE I DON'T HAVE UNEDUCATED PROPERTY MANAGMENT USELESS STAFF IN MY LIFE!!!!
