What a horrible place to live!

My family and I have lived here since early 2004. This apartment complex in the past 2 years has created daily stress in our lives. This apartment complex since we have moved in has gone through 5 different managers and still the complex is a horrible place to live. The police are constantly at the complex on a weekly basis or more. The nightly security guard is useless, when you make a complaint about a resident about their noise, the security guard tells the disrespectful resident who made the complaint about them. The people who live here range from section 8 to non working residents to hard working nice people. The majority of the people who live here are very DISRESPECTFUL, noisy and ghetto type of people. Most of the people who live here are heavily tattooed like "Gang-Bangers". The only positive thing I can say about this apartment is it's location, other than that it is not worth moving to. As for the interior of the apartment it is large but the cabinets are very old as well as the appliances and that includes the in-wall air conditioner. When repairs are needed the maintenance crew does not do a good job. It takes multiple visits to get it done right. The laundry facilities that are onsite are very dirty and the washer and dryers at times do not work. If you are looking for an apartment in Campbell look at Avalon Campbell it is 100 times better than this place.
