It was very claustrophobic living downstairs. The ventilation is not good, stuffy. The guy upstairs creaked around on the floor at all odd hours making weird booming noises. The floors were thin. No Dishwasher. No air-conditioning. Dryers were old. Very ... more
I lived at The Cedars while going through school. Walk-in closet, petite kitchen, brand new carpeting. Overall very quiet and the management was very responsive.
