This is one of the best places I have lived in. I enjoy the pool the most, it is always peaceful and very clean. The manager Gerry does a great job making sure everything is taken care of. Anytime I need something she is very cordial and handles in a timely manner. I plan to live here a lot longer, I have no complaints.

the manager should try to be less obvious when doing her own posts. she is rude and racist.

I was hoping the manager was still a decent lady, well after living there for about a year I got an evidence that she is not. Of course she puts her own ratings on her self, very obvious, well to make comment on that, since she is living there she loves it having a huge apt.for free plus salary. Who would not love that? I moved in a year ago with tons problems, lousy paint job among other things, she ultimately had my apt repainted after numerous visits to the office, I had to sleep on a patio for about 7 days because of smell of the paint. nails were sticking out of the wood on the patio which was dirty when I got the keys, then a year later I moved out, left my studio apt. spotless, repainted counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, guess what. Not good enough, she deducted #127.00 from my deposit for painting.I sent her certified letter asking for at least $ 100.00 back, God knows if she will do that. When I asked her who her supervisor was when she was arogant to me months before, her reply was,"I am a supervisor". You make sure you get out of here when your lease is up. I'm not renewing your lease.In closing, I'm gonna have to take her to small claims court, ask judge to give out the info who her supervisor is plus who is the owner of the apt.complex and then make some legal steps to remedy the attitude of the management. That apt. complex is beautiful enough so that people could enjoy it for that overpriced rates.

I work with alot of property management companies and I knew the rout to go once there was so much ---- wrong with my apt. Sure enough I went over the managers head and ---- got done the next day. She knew I found a loophole in my lease and I do have a way out if this ---- still happens.
