Gone downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Apartment complex has gone down hill since new Managers have taken over. They are a really sweet family, but maybe just too busy to take proper care of the place. Or maybe we were spoiled by the previous managers. Things that really need to be replaced just get repaired, which means every year the same problems re-occur.
