Franciscan Apartments

Nice complex, but very expensive. From: rnmtg@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/5/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Overall pretty nice, very quiet complex, but the at $1510 for a 1bd 1bath its rather steep. Also, our patio fence has been rotten for a year..and is still yet to be fixed. There are many cracks in the structure of the building..when the next large earthquake occurs I really hope Im not living here.
