My cat and I lived at the Franciscan Apartments for 5 years and both of us loved it. The apartment complex is very well maintained. The apartments are equipped with modern appliances, friendly carpets and wall painting. The apartment layout is also very nice. The best part of living there is; if you have a cat, the apartment manager (Virginia) isnt only an excellent manager but also has a post-PHD in cat care. She will happily take care of your little furry if you have to leave town and dont have your own pet-sitter.
Deposits were handled very fairly. I almost got all of it back except for $60 charged for several wax stains on the carpet (from candle wax).
The pool is about 20 yards long and clean. Lap swimming is very possible there in the early mornings and evenings. Children are in the pool on weekends, but otherwise its rarely used.
The jacuzzy has some annoying air suction system which gets really loud. Also, the water temperature was never 104 degrees while I lived there. The state of the jacuzzy would be my only complaint about this place.
I moved out to move into a house, but still miss living there. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex.
