Franciscan Apartments

Very Happy with the Place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I've been living at the Franciscan in Campbell for 2 years, and have been very happy. The location is very central (right off Highway 17 at Hamilton Ave). The owner and management are friendly and responsive (only problem I've ever had with the place is a problem with hot water last winter -- they responded immediately). Like any other apt, the only source of aggravation can sometimes be the neighbors -- we had 3 twentysomething boys living next door for a while, who turned the stereo up too loud, had parties, etc -- but they're gone now. The previous post about hearing the water from the neighbor's bathroom is true, but I've learned to live with it. It is an older complex, but I've actually found this advantageous to keeping the noise between units down. Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with the place, and have recommended it to friends.
