From: Ginger_Molloy@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I am at a loss for the comments made by the folks with the "issues" below... first of all, you will not find a manager more willing to bend over backwards to assist you. Maintenance requests have never been scoffed at, nor have we ever been "yelled at" for any requests. As a matter of fact, all requests have been taken care of within 24 hours, and Virginia always makes sure that the guys know we have cats, so they don't get out! Sure, parking and traffic can be an issue.. but even before Kohls opened, the Elephant Bar took over most of the street parking on the weekends and during happy hour.. so there really isn't that much difference. To make a long story short... don't let those negative "reports" affect your decision to move here, check it out yourself!
