Althought the apts look asthetically look nice, they are made with very poor craftsmanship (walls & ceiling caved in, fixtures slanted, apt was not completely cleaned before move in). I was quoted 3 different prices for a deposit and consistantly had communications issues and harrassing phone calls from landlord. Fantastic location, but not worth the headache. Rent increased 20% in one year.
