Just had my rent reduced. I personlly like the manager. She's kind of a grandmotherly type but every once in a while she has to put her manager hat on and I get that (I goofed up on paying rent one month). I have only had one thing that needed to get fixed and it got taken care of. It's quiet and I hope I stay here until I get transferred to an out of the country location for my work in a couple years.
