TOP NOTCH - GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

This is a good place to live.
No crime, safe, good management and clean.
The grounds are well maintained, and give you the feel of a living in the country not an apartment complex in the center of down town.
There is plenty of natural wildlife so my daughter likes to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the squirrels play before she goes to school.
You get all of the amenities of a home in the bay area, the feel of living in a condo with all the amenities in walking distance (pool, spa, post offices, restaurants, grocery store, light rail) & if you have young children there is a park in walking distance and the community center has child care.
The City of Campbell has events during the summer and even though we are right next door almost never have noise or parking problems.
After living in apartments for years with children we knew that noise was a major concern before we moved here.
Luckily the walls are over insulated and we only hear our neighbors in the summer when everyone has their windows open.
The management & maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.
We appreciate that the staff care about and accommodate the whole complex not just the residents who complain a lot like in most places.
They try to be fair to everyone.
Our only complaint is our neighbor who sits at home all day and looks for problems, but that has nothing to do with the complex and the managers still do their best to help (even her''' why'').
The gardener is even friendly and tries not to cut the grass if the baby is sleeping, etc.
It is an apartment complex though so you have to expect some noise.
Bottom line - The apartments are spacious, modern, affordable, and walking distance to everything we need.

I agree about his apartment complex. I went there to look after reading the comments and was surprised to see that most of it is true. The leasing guy was really relaxed and nice. Even though they didn't have anything to rent he still showed us around and let us look into a regular empty unit and their VIP apartment so we could see. The regular 1 bedrooms are very nice inside but the VIP is COOL!!!!!! Out side looks like it is being completely remodeled with new grass and stuff. We saw gardeners and a maintenance guys so they must have a big staff as well and everything looks taken care of. I can see why they get so many good comments . No Pets though and the people we saw who live there seem to be business types. We would both rate it higher than the last review though. More 4s than 3s |
