-real nice staff
-great location
-no aircoditioning units get hot and stay hot during summer
-heating radiates through elements in walls no insulation you can and do hear everything very noisy!
-no walkways to units you need to walk between cars parked close together tough to carry in grocries etc.

More positives than negatives, good location, good staff,
quiet Neigborhood, etc, Trees are very dirty, rent is higher than average, to many people using extra car spaces to park there unused cars. Won't renew my lease.
