Look elsewhere! A total nightmare, 8 years of hell From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2002   Rochelle and the other Assistant Manager are very unprofessional and treat you like dirt! I had to complain about 5 times about getting brand new carpeting in my apartment, since I had lived here for 8 years, the carpets wore out I had to almost yell and swear at the management to get the entire carpeting replaced. Air Conditioning units are very poor and waste energy. Kitchen cabinetry is very old and outdated. Parking here is the worst! When all Visitor parking fills up you have to park on Bascom Avenue and that could be all the way towards Hamilton Avenue. Exterior of the apartments are new except for the interior which is old and outdated. You can also hear the the trains running at all times during the night and day! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX, LOOK ELSEWHERE! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
