The management doesn´t care if you feel safe or not. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The holiday season is coming. Unfortunately, this is when the most burglaries happen. I went to the management office to express my concern and the management said that there wasnt anything else they can do about it. There has been a lot of funny things happening at the apartment complex. My neighbors car window was smashed and they took a jacket from it. My other neighbors shoes were stolen from their patio. Are they going to wait until someone gets hurt before they actually do something' If someone were to get hurt, they probably wouldnt care anyway. I am differently not going to renew my lease when it ends. My feeling of being safe is very important. I have children and if anything were to happen to them, I wouldnt know what to do. When I came in to look at the place, the manager didnt care about being professional. We needed a place to live and thought the place was decent. When it came to signing the lease, the manager hurried us to sign it. Most people would like to see what they are getting themselves into. Also, when we came into our new apartment, there was something wrong with the carpeting. She said that she was going to have someone come and fix it. Did anyone ever came' No! And when someone did come to take a lot, they were wondering if it was put on our lease report. The manager is new and is not knowledgeable. When a person has a question, she will say that she will get back to you, and never does. She doesnt care about what people think about the apartment complex. She doesnt care if people are happy or not. Everytime I see her, she is always telling me what is wrong with my apartment. It seems as though she doesnt have anything nice to say. This place sucks!
