If you like/need to sleep past 6:00 or 6:30 AM this is not the place for you.
Ebay Park (Ebay's corporate headquarters) is adjacent south of complex. The gardener shows up promptly every Monday morning at 6:00 AM to mow the lawns (gas power mower) and to blow away the leafs (gas leaf blower).
Then on Tuesday & Friday mornings at 6:30 AM the garbage trucks arrive (garbage truck & recycling truck). From the apartments on the north & south side of the complex you can almost touch the trucks from your windows as they raise and lower the large dumpsters.
The north side apartments have some occasional noise from the railroad tracks, but very soon the light rail system will begin regular service adjacent to the railroad tracks.
Now just because your apartment has multiple phone jacks, don't believe that any of them work. Especially in buildings H, I & J. The management says they are only "required" to provide one working phone jack, but the phone wiring is shot (per SBC repairman)in most of the buildings. The management will "reimburse" you for phone line repair only after you get billed by SBC, but only for one jack. The management will not repair their phone lines. Why should you be billed for repair to their phone lines' Unless you need to use your computer online, you probably are beter off using a cellphone for phone service.
The complex is very nicely landscaped, and has a full time gardener that maintains it very well.
